"Die Lage des Hause ist sehr schön; einen kleinen Hang hinunter und schon ist man am See. Die Ausstattung/Möblierung ist wirklich toll und wunderbar durchdacht, die Küchengeräte hightech. Terrasse sehr großzügig...einfach gut. Alle Angaben, die wir bekamen waren sehr hilfreich.Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut; kennt man von anderen nicht immer so. Wir alle (zw. 3 und 63 Jahre alt) fühlten uns pudelwohl. Kommen gerne wieder!!!"

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub an der Havel im Ferienhaus Havelzauber.Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet.Das Grundstück ist ein Traum.Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber.Man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen und wenn man gern Fahrrad fährt,ist es der perfekte Ort.Zum einschlafen war das Schlafzimmer ein Traum mit einer tollen Aussicht. Besuch vom Eichhörnchen oder vom Fuchs ist auch dabei.Man ist halt mitten in der Natur und hört nur das Vogel zwitschern.Wir können diese...

"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. This was not mentioned in the welcome letter, and when I raised it at reception, the staff shrugged and unhelpfully suggested trying the top floor for a signal. Additionally, mobile reception was poor, and I often had to sit in a dark corridor on the third-floor conference area to connect and work. The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience. When I emailed to raise these issues, I received a handwritten note advising me to speak with reception. However, the house manager was never available when I attempted to follow up. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location in Rhinesberg, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were wonderful. However, my experience was further soured at checkout when the receptionist insisted I pay, despite having prepaid through Hotels.com. I ended up only paying the city tax, plus €5 per night for parking, which felt unreasonable given the lack of key amenities. I won’t be returning; prior notice of such disruptions, or a sincere apology, would have gone a long way."
