"Very quiet area and certainly good for unwinding. The walk from the parking area to the house was a challenge for an older person with no pathway, and clumpy grass patches on heavily pitted soil were difficult to negotiate in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the host kindly provided breakfast supplies. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time and a large king size. The bathroom is tiny and lacks enough vanity space to hold toilet bag and clean clothes, or hooks...

"The home and experience were quite pleasant. Just renovated and lovely touches like milk/cereal and snacks provided. A little discrepancies between what was portrayed and actual (bbq facility not available), omission of whether wifi was available or not, and the fact that half your view off balcony was an overgrown yard of wrecked cars. Host was lovely and lives behind, overlooking your accommodation. Stroud is a lovely town and worth a visit. "
