Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Three people were without water for three days. The pool was filthy. Nobody came to clean it or test the chemicals. We couldn’t even use it because it was so dirty. I wouldn’t let anybody go in there. I expect some type of a adjustment to a rental.
