Heaven on earth

We stayed at Casa Kinka for two nights and didn’t want to leave - it was like heaven on earth! Everything was perfect. Luca, the host, was amazing and made us wonderful gourmet breakfasts, the view from the villa is breathtaking and the house is beautifully designed. We’d be happy to come back! The only thing to consider is that it’s located about 8-10 minutes drive from the center of Stresa.

The Best B&B anywhere

Casa Kinka is one of the very best places my wife and I have ever stayed at. We had the entire top floor of the owners home, the rooms were marvelously decorated, the views were spectacular and the breakfasts were personally prepared in gourmet style by Luca. You cannot find a better B&B. The home is a bit remote down a narrow Italian road that does take some care in navigating. The effort is rewarded by the experience.

De finaste B&B vi har bot pÄ hittills! Super trevligt bemötande av Àgaren som personligen serverade en fantastiskt frukost. VÀldig fint inredd lÀgenhet med allt man kan tÀnka sig förutom sköna stolar att sitta i i vardagsrummet. Annars verkligen en upplevelse att bo hÀr! Lite svÄrt att hitta dock och ganska lÄngt ifrÄn restauranger. Vi köpte med oss en flaska vin samt lite gott att Àta sjÀlva vilket kan vara ett bra tips för första kvÀllen.

Fantastisk oplevelse

Vi havde 6 fantastiske dage ved Lago Maggiore, hvor vi boede i Casa Kinka, Stresa. Huset ligger lidt hÞjt med en utrolig smuk udsigt over sÞen med bjergene i baggrunden. Luca serverede en meget velsmagende morgenmad, som blev anrettet pÄ smukkeste vis. Alt i alt en perfekt oplevelse.

QualitĂ© de l’accueil irrĂ©prochable. Vue magnifique sur le lac. Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  vous couper le souffle. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© pendant une pĂ©riode de canicule et avons quelque peu regrettĂ© l'absence d'air conditionnĂ©. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre Ă  Stresa. Globalement, B&B vivement recommandĂ© !

Gian Luca is the greatest!! His B&B is fabulous!! Amazing place!! Incredible breakfast to get the day started looking out on to Lago Maggiore. Everything was better than we could imagine!!

Perfection Plus

Seven days luxuriating in this gorgeously appointed and amazingly located home with stunning views and wonderful hosts, Luca and Tiziano just wasn't enough! We felt so welcome and confotable in this beautiful place and loved falling asleep every night to the sight of the twinkling lights across the lake and waking each morning to another divine breakfast cooked and served by Luca. We felt very privileged to have had the opportunity to relax and unwind in such beautiful environment and with such attentive and friendly hosts. It was magic!

Casa Kinka ist immer ein Besuch wert!

Ein Kleinod mit einem sagenhaften Blick auf den Lago. Dazu ein Gastgeber der sich alle MĂŒhe gibt, das der Aufenthalt gelingt. Dazu ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck der Extraklasse. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Havre de paix au bord du lac majeur

Nous avons vécu un trÚs agréable moment dans cette chambre d'hÎtes située au bord du lac majeur. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis, dans un endroit paradisiaque a deux pas de Stresa et des départs pour les ßles Borromées. La chambre est dotée d'une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, idéal pour déguster un verre de vin le soir en rentrant d'escapade. Le petit déjeuner est préparé chaque matin par le propriétaire sur une table magnifique, avec service en argent, faisant face elle aussi au lac ; et chaque jour une préparation différente nous a été proposé.

Un week end parfait au bord du lac majeur

B&B plein de charme, décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Endroit trÚs calme. Vue imprenable sur le lac ! Accueil parfait. Petit déjeuner excellent Tout était impeccable !

We had a very nice stay in this cosy small B&B with a great view of Lago Maggiore. Luca (the owner) prepeared a delicisious breakfast every morning (also at 06:30 the day we left..), and even offered to drive us to to Stresa for dinner one evening the weather was bad (an picked us up afterwards). There is a 20 minute walk (walking path through wooded areas) to get to Stresa, and this was something we enjoyed in good weather- even the return uphill.

Great B&B in Stresa

Luca and Titziano were the best of hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Luca's breakfasts were first class as was the accommodation. Unless you like walking (as we did) you need a car as it is a fair way out of town. This is more than compensated for by the magnificent views across the lake from just about everywhere in the house. We would certainly stay there again should we be in Stresa

Excellente surprise

Chambre chez l'habitant de grande qualité, accueil trÚs agréable, chambre trÚs confortable et relativement grande avec balcon, petit déjeuner vraiment exceptionnel. Vue superbe sur le lac Majeur depuis la chambre et le salon du petit déjeuner.

B&B i lyxklass

Detta Bed and Breakfast stÀlle var helt unikt. LÄg placerat högt över staden Stresa. Fantastisk utsikt och en fin service. Vi fick en hÀrlig frukost av vÀrden, olika varje dag. Vi saknade dock i vÀrmen en pool men det visste vi innan. För det höga priset hade det varit relevant. Bra men för dyrt.

More than a B&B !

My husband and I had a wonderful at Casa Kinka which rates as one of our holiday highlights. The fantastic service from our hosts, where nothing was too much trouble, made us feel immediately at ease. The room/house was gorgeous and we were privileged indeed to be able to enjoy the ambience of a warm, cosy, immaculate and very comfortable home away from home in the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore. Each morning at breakfast - which in itself was 5 star - we enjoyed the stunning views of the lake with the snow-capped Swiss Alps peeking behind and the company of our host who would join us for coffee - fabulous. Lovely place to come back to after a hard day's touristing ! We'll be back for a much longer stay next time.
