On the back porch is a propane grill and a smoker. There is a fire pit in the back yard. On the lake is a two slip boat dock with lift. So bring your boat, jet skis, PWCs, and kayaks so you can spend your entire time on the lake. And for you World Cup soccer fans and officials, this house is just 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Dallas and Arlington where most of the events are being held. A 10% discount is available for guest that stay for more than 30 nights and a 20% discount for more than 60 nights. Also a 10% discount for military, first responders, and educators.
