We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. "A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that.
