The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional. "The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
