"The hotel is wonderfully located on the lake with beautiful views of Tatra mountains and the valley. The dinner menu and ambiance were exceptional. Staff was very professional and helpful"

"Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."
