Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings...

Late at nights or early in the mornings, people are often dragging furniture around and making noise. (3) There are also groups of dogs outside that bark intermittently. (5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves."
