"This was a terrific location that is a short drive to Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. The views of hills and stars were second to none. We enjoyed the fire ring, provided fire starter blocks, and there is firewood for sale next to Mary’s Cafe in town. Beds were comfortable and everything worked very well. Host responded to communication quickly. We will be back. "

"House was great and very clean. Kitchen could use a few basics like a baking sheet, but overall was fine and we weren't trying to make anything elaborate anyway. We made it work! Stays pretty warm upstairs even with AC running, bedroom downstairs was very comfortable though and we slept well. We had a relaxing couple of days and got to check out the new state park nearby "
