I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to get any money refunded but I asked the front desk at check out and he said if I contacted Expedia and let them know, he was sure we could get something back. But when I contacted Expedia, they said they called the hotel but the hotel said no they couldn’t do anything. Just a little frustrating."

"The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and a beautiful space overall. However, we did run into an issue with the hot water. The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely. "
