"First of all, you get what you pay for, and for the price this property is excellent! Careful though, the restaurant and bar we thought we'd signed up for wasn't available. However, the nearby town of Cēsis is a must see, with great restaurants. Special shout out to Santa, the overnight keeper of the gate during our stay. "

"What a darling place! Located among apple trees with walking trails headed through the woods the owners have thought of a dozen ways to make your stay perfect. Lights in the back with hammocks for your comfort, a firepit, swings and soccer for the kids. The room was cozy and warm. Cesis was wonderful, but Karlamuiza makes you want to just stay and be in the beautiful countryside of the hotel. "
