"Location- this property is located in town. Everything is within walking distance. Hiking trails are right outside the door. It's a cute little town. Check-in- The property owner is very responsive and provided everything I needed for a smooth check in. The keys were easily accessible. Parking- the property owner provided me with multiple options for parking. "This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."

"The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked. "
