"We've stayed at Metro many times. It's very convenient if you are seeing a Knights game. This time we had a room that faced inside the building (as opposed to Dundas Street). Room was comfy for one night but the layout of the room was a little strange. The bathroom drain didn't work super well. Minor stuff as this is a reliable place to stay in downtown London. We'll be back. "

"Found the rooms to be extremely warm with no way to turn down heat. Opened windows but then very noisy since on a busy road. Hotel room also needs repairs. Many stains on the bedroom carpet. Checkin also challenging. Consistently was not sent info for the second room I reserved including room number and pass code. "

"Pet and family friendly hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet with nice toiletries. Pool is a good size, though the amount of chemicals used makes the water quite cloudy. Small indoor sport court was quite tired, not good for multi-family use. Restaurant was clean with great offerings for all allergens as well as kids! "
