Very nice apartment in Strasbourg

Cozy and comfortable apartment decorated in a warm atmosphere and seaside spirit. Fully equipped, the apartment includes 1 large bedroom with a living area. The bathroom and the kitchen are separate. It is located in a very quiet residential area and porch of all services and amenities (bakery, post office, bank, shops).

Access is direct from the A35 motorway, and the nearest tram station is a 5-minute walk away. It takes 20 min. by tram from the station and 30 min. from the airport.

The house is great, super comfortable, clean and well decorated. It has all kitchen utensils, the owners are very friendly and attentive. I arrived on a Sunday and they left some items in the fridge because they knew I wouldn't find many open options, which was great. I stayed at the house for 2 weeks and didn't have any problems. I hope to return soon and I will stay there for sure.

Nous avons été déçus de constater que l'appartement se trouvait au sous-sol de la maison du propriétaire, d'où un manque de clarté et de ventilation (très humide). Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de contacts avec le propriétaire.

Schönes Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain des Hauses, in dem die Vermieter wohnen. Es ist klein, aber sehr schön und für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist top und alles ist sauber. Parken ist kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Vom Apartment aus ist man in ca. 20 Minuten mit der Tram in der Stadt. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

Kleine, sehr Wohnung

Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten den Garten mitbenutzen (für abends war Mückenschutz erforderlich) und haben gute Tipps bekommen. Da die Wohnung im Souterrain ist, war sie bei 35 Grad draußen noch gut erträglich. Die Tram-Station ist nur 5 min entfernt, der Bäcker 2 min, jeweils gemütlich zu Fuß. Klare Empfehlung für 2 bis max. 3 Personen.

schönes Appartment

Ich war Aufgrund einer Sprachreise 2 Wochen in Strasbourg und dieses Appartement gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal und Najoua war sehr gut, Fragen wurden mir schnell beantwortet. Das Haus mit dem Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hatte alles, was ich benötigt habe, schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde sogar eine Zwischenreinigung durchgeführt. Es war gut gelegen, mit dem Rad war ich innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß bei der nächsten Tram - und Bushaltestelle. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war nie ein Problem. Vielen Dank an Pascal und Najoua, ich komme gerne wieder :-)

Un agréable séjour à Strasbourg !

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la propreté du logement. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Strasbourg en transports en commun. De plus, sa localisation nous a permis de visiter les principaux sites touristiques d’Alsace en voiture sans devoir traverser l’agglomération strasbourgeoise. Merci à Najoua et Pascal.

Un logement très agréable pour y passer un séjour dans une région très accueillante. Des propriétaires très discrets, mais réactifs lors d’une demande. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner mis à disposition lors de notre arrivée.

Des propriétaires charmants, qui ont su se faire discrets tout au long de notre séjour, tout en restant à notre disposition par sms. Jamais nous n'avons eu une location avec autant d'attentions (frigo prêt pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin de notre arrivée+petits gateaux cadeau de bienvenue.) appatement moderne et hyper propre. A louer sans aucune hésitation.
