Outstanding hotel. The location was amazing with public parking nearby and a short walk to the Cathedral Notre Dame. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was updated, clean and well furnished. The price was great.

Very well located - good value for money in a city with expensive accommodation. Breakfast good and very clean. Stairs may be an issue for some but there was a small lift available. Our room was a little small but it was the cheapest type available and no problem travelling light.

The hotel is situated in a great location, and the breakfast was very good. My room was so small and terrible. The carpet was very filthy. They changed my roo after one day with a window to the wall and very small again. Finally, I got a room which was ok on the last day. The hotel situation really impacted my time in Strasbourg.

Excellent breakfast in lovely upstairs room overlooking the square. Helpful, friendly and supportive staff. Superb location to explore Strasbourg as the hotel is on the edge of Kleber square, so there's people noise outside but quiet with windows closed and adds to the feel of the location.

This is a good hotel if you’re on a budget and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room however, whilst being in the correct class I booked did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The hotel is in Kléber Square which is great as a central location although it gets noisy throughout the night (drunks and the homeless). The windows need sound-proof sealing. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Overall this hotel has the basics although don’t expect luxury.

Cute little boutique hotel. The location was so convenient to the tram. The breakfast was wonderful and staff in the breakfast room were so friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but it's worth being in the center of everything! this was my second stay and I would stay again.

The location was fantastic! It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the cathedral. The Christmas market was literally at the front door. Our only issue was that the blow dryer did not work, and nothing was done when we asked about it.

Nice sized room with ample space to walk around. Separate toilet with door, with shower/sink in separate room with door. Excellent location on Place Kleber and tram stop immediately outside the hotel. Did not eat breakfast here. Only dislike was that bag storage upon arrival was fine, but they charged $5/bag post checkout.

The Hotel is located in the city centre itself and just a walk on all tourist destinations and from the Train station. Our room is a bit small but it is comfortable and clean. So overall it was a good experience, i can recommend it to friends and families.
