Pros: Rooms very new and clean. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the area looked large and cozy maybe more lighting would have been better. Cons: Rooms very small 10ft x12ft, 2 very small beds, no closets in the room and no amenities. A hair dryer is kept at the front desk to borrow if needed and all in one soap, shampoo & body wash liquid is available in a very small bathroom.

Everything was nice and clean, the only thing that was bad was the parking at the hotel. There is no parking and parking that was free in the neighbourhood was 10 minutes away and that was also full 50% of the time, finding parking was difficult. accomodation was very good

Mon évaluation est erronée car je n’ai pas séjourné à l’hôtel. J’ai effectué ma réservation et me suis rendu compte le la demain matin, soit même pas 12 heures après que je m’étais trompée de semaine. J’ai de suite appelé hôtel.com et l’hôtel directement qui n’a pas voulu déplacer ma nuit, sans repayer la totalité de la somme. Un hôtel est un commerce et un geste commercial est faisable quand la direction souhaite le faire. Je suis très déçue du manque de considération pour les clients, les seuls réponses que j’ai eu sont « faites un mail » et « pas de modification prévue dans votre réservation », personne n’a pris la peine de me recontacter par téléphone pour en échanger.
