Bon hôtel sur Haguenau et alentours

Le réceptionniste est très accueillant et attentionné. Les serveuses sont très agréables pour le dîner. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux. Petit bémol pour le repas un peu excessif en prix même pour des produits frais et fait maison.

Amazing restaurant!

What an amazing restaurant! Probably the best hotel restaurant I’ve been to! Local people travel to get here. The restaurant backs onto rural gardens - very peaceful. The hotel itself is nice enough and well-maintained but a little dated. The road nearby can get a little busy but was ok overnight. The nearby town is quite classy and well worth a visit or walk around!

J'ai pris une chambre dans cet hôtel car c'était la seule disponible à ce moment là sur Haguenau mais quelle erreur. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient sales, la deco est vieillotte et surtout la chambre était extrêmement bruyantes (je me suis fait réveiller par l'activité de la ZA juste à coté à 5h du matin en plus du bruit du perroquet qui parle tout le temps et qu'on entend depuis l'accueil).

We hadden een suite geboekt maar deze was niet meer beschikbaar, in de plaats hiervoor kregen we 2 kamers. De kamers zijn verouderd, zonder airco of ijskast maar zeer goed onderhouden. Ook fietsen waren niet beschikbaar. Weinig keuze voor het eten in het restaurant, duur maar wel lekker. In de onmiddellijke omgeving zijn geen winkels of andere restaurants. Dit hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis om andere dorpen te bezoeken of voor een daguitstap naar Straatsburg.

Pas d eau chaude la réceptionniste les pieds sur le bureau n en avait rien à faire et le reveil par un oiseau qui siffle la Marseillaise bref une horreur pourtant la chambre était belle mais nous étions les seuls clients . J ai été accueilli par un dogue allemand de la même taille qu un chevreuil. Une honte !!! A ne plus proposer

Le chauffage de la chambre été éteint à notre arrivées à 20h. Nous avions réservé plusieurs semaines avant. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit. Radiateur pas purger, ne chauffé pas et bruyant. Le lendemain matin, nous l'avons signalé. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés vers 17h. Rien n'as été fait. La chambre était toujours froide. La réceptionniste du soir à fait enfin le nécessaire .
