Had rooms at the top floor under ceiling. Poorly ventilated and damp. Rooms had carpets that did not improve the indoor climate.

Bad neighbours

The room itself was good - the location was excellent Unfortunately the room next to us arrived late - and made so much noise - We banged in the wall and they didn’t take any notice - As we were 2 females alone we didn’t feel confident knocking on there door at 1 am - They spent 2 hours arguing loudly and playing music then 2 hours making up very loudly !!! The walls are very very thin and nobody is in hand to help in situations like this ! Because if this I don’t think I would stay again

I don't usually post poor reviews and I'll start with the positives - location is great, air con worked a treat and the staff were very pleasant on the extremely brief times we saw them. On the negative, well where to start. The room was tiny, as in when you got out of bed, you had to shuffle sideways to get out of bed. Bathroom was tiny, hair dryer didn't work and there was a used soap on the sink when we arrived, presumably from the other guest. Carpet was tired and stained, we only had one coffee pod and one towel when we arrived. This was addressed, but the next day, although the room was cleaned and towels replaced, there were no coffee pods and the dirty cups had been left. Biggest problem is that there is no reception, so you might bump into someone, otherwise it's all by email which is daft. I'd have to say that this was a budget hotel at a 4 star price.

A lovely hotel with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. It is ideally situated for walking to La Petite France, the Cathedral, the markets and much more. We loved it!

Check-in saatinden çok sonra gece 11 gibi giriş yapmamıza rağmen sabun ve havlu banyoya konulmamıştı. Bu sebeple yol yorgunu olarak dinlenmek için geldiğim otelde duş alamadım. Lavabo musluğu lavoboya o kadar yakın ki elinizi dokundurmadan yıkamak çok çok zor . Yatak, çarşaflar ve yastıklar yeterli düzeyde temizdi. Bir gün sonra otel personeline yukarıda bahsettiğim sabun ve havlu durumunu söyleyince hemen getirdiler. Otel çok merkezi bu anlamda konumu çok iyiydi .

Confortável e de ótima localização!

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem no centro histórico, próximo à catedral, à vários restaurantes e também à saída do passeio de barco e de trenzinho. A rua é um charme. O hotel é aconchegante e o quarto e o banheiro são confortáveis e de ótimo tamanho. O hotel não serve café da manhã, mas indica um restaurante ótimo bem próximo que tem um café da manhã super completo e gostoso!

Hotel idéalement situé dans le centre de Strasbourg. Attention, pour ceux que ça dérange, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Chambre très propre et lit confortable. La climatisation était réglée à 18°C à notre arrivée, on a dû ouvrir les fenêtres pour réchauffer la chambre. Dommage de dépenser autant d'énergie pour rien. En tout cas, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops downtown. There is no full time staff here and the check in consist of grabbing an envelope with your name on it that has your room key. There is a restaurant Nextdoor though that can help you with anything for the hotel.. AC and room were good
