3 room apartment 55m2 3 stars with balcony, located on the 2nd floor of a residence with exceptional views of the Altau Park and Clos Ste Odile. 5 minutes from the historic center of Obernai, this accommodation can accommodate 4 people (ideal for families with 2 children). It consists of an equipped kitchen, 1 living room / stay / TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
It also has a garage for motorcycles / bicycles.
Possibility of adding a li baby and a high chair if necessary.

The residence is in a quiet and green setting in front of the municipal park.
