Great location and friendly staff. Had a one-BR apartment which was nice with a modern feel. Kitchenette and bathroom were great and air conditioning worked incredibly well. Carpet in the hallway needs a good cleaning. Gym is nice (treadmill and stationary bike) but it needs weights. I had a room in the back (very quiet) but rooms in the front of building were noisy (trams running right in front). Overall, nice for longer stays (stayed 5) and would go back.

The apartotel is in a great location, half way between the train station and the old city center. The room was clean but not spotless and the furnishings are pretty basic but comfortable.

Do not book this hotel! I stayed two nights and by the time I left I was covered in bed bug bites! Had to buy medicine when I arrived in Germany to control the allergic reaction I was having to the bites. Once I returned home to the US I had to see a doctor for a treatment they were so bad. The bedroom was so small you couldn't open or close the door because the bed was in the way. There were no English speaking channels to watch on the TV. The furniture was so old and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The duvet covers were old and torn and the duvet was coming out at the corners. It's such a shame because it is located so close to the Christmas Market and a 10-15 minute wal to Petite France. But it wasn't worth it becuase it almost ruined the rest of my trip.

The apartment was much more spacious than anticipated and the location of the hotel was right in the middle of the historic area. We were easily able to walk to all the Christmas Markets. Breakfast was delicious with many varied options.

perfect location for two days exploring strasbourg and the alsace wine route/area. short walk from the station, staff is friendly and accommodating, the property is clean and minimal but comfortable. only downside is the sound of the trams rumbling by every so often early in the AM - but it didn't bother us :)

It was not clean. We found boogers all over the bathroom and there were black marks on all the walls. The water was always cold (not good for showers when it’s 30* out). We were told to run the water for a while. After 15 minutes the water came to room temp. Asked for towels and was told we had to pay for a room cleaning if we wanted towels. The staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be annoyed if we asked for help with anything. Overall, very disappointing. The location near the Christmas market was the only good thing about this place.

Great area: close to shopping, Homme Fer tram line (D tram takes you across the Rhine to Kehl). walkable city: close to Cathedral etc. Monoprix around corner for groceries as well as a plethora of specialty shops. Hotel clean and light: problem no hot water for last two days of our stay prior to flying for 35 hours....had to use kettle and bathroom sink....not the best.

Plenty of room to spread out -mini suite w kitchen
Great to spread out in our mini suite apartment which came equipped with basic kitchen essentials and comfortable bed . A great location in Strasbourg. Ask for one key per guest - as they are needed to keep the lights on in the room. Friendly staff with very good language skills.

Warm welcome from the staff, who allowed us to check in early. Room was lovely, with the added bonus of a small kitchen area including a fridge, microwave, small hob, sink and dishwasher. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very warm while we were there. Bathroom was a good size. Everywhere was clean and fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base

Decent hotel in heart of city
Nothing super special about this place aside from being very close to the heart of the city & having good wifi. Can't reach hotel by car; need to park or get dropped off a block away. Had one issue, where I needed to change rooms because the air conditioning system was raining down on us. Luckily this happened soon after we checked in and the staff quickly changed rooms for us.

I very much enjoyed the hotel. Only issue was difficulty in finding it...I literally walked past it several times and all around the area. I appreciate the restrictions on signage just be aware that the entrance is a stone building that encompasses most of the block. The pictures provided are of an interior courtyard. Some other reviews said studio sofa bed was uncomfortable. I thought it was fine. Obviously not the same as a high end hotel but very comfortable for a Murphy/sofa bed. Coolest microwave I've seen! Jet crisp option is awesome and makes up for no traditional oven. I did not try the breakfast. Great location. Great value.

Very central location. Good for sight seeing, room is only cleaned once every 7/8 nights unless you pay for extra cleaning service. Overall happy with the stay.

It's not high end but covers all the bases. Though it's October and cool we could not keep the room cool without a window open which was a pain at night with the tram outside beeping. Still we will stay again. Tv was tiny. Fridge and microwave were helpful.
