As described on the website

Stayed two nights, the apartment was clean and as described on the website. About 10 min drive from Stranda. We did the final cleaning ourself and deposited 990NOK that we got back about 5-7 business days later. A mastercard or cash was required for the deposit. I'm happy and satisfied with my stay. Would really recommend this if you're going to stay around this area.

Dårlig service!

Dårligste opplevelsen av et overnattingssted noen gang dessverre! På tur med familie og en baby på 6 måneder. Vi kom tidlig til Stranda og snakket med Visit Stranda tidlig på dagen og opplyste om at vi var i Stranda og ønsket innsjekk så tidlig som mulig. Det eneste de var opptatt av da var om vi hadde betalt inn depositum for utvask (som vi skulle gjøre selv). Vi hadde allerede betalt for overnatting og lagt inn depositumet. Når innsjekkingstiden (16.00) kom var det ikke mulig å få ta i Visit Stranda, de svarte ikke på mail, sms eller på tlf. Etter 30 min tok de tlf og sa at leiligheten ikke var klar enda (da hadde vi ventet utenfor leiligheten i 45 min med en baby på 6 måneder). De sa det ikke var mulig med innsjekk enda pga enheten ikke var rengjort. Vi spurte om de kunne kompensere den sene utsjekken med utvask, men det var umulig. Når man har innsjekk 16.00 og utsjekk 11.00 må man forvente at man kan få noen få timer i enheten før man må reise igjen. Vi kom ikke inn i enheten før 17.45, fikk ingen beklagelse før vi ringte ved utsjekk. Etter en lang samtale ble vi enige om 600 kr i kompensasjon, men Visit Stranda overførte 390 kr som kompensasjon! Anbefaler ingen dette stedet! Dårlig service, dårlig rengjøring og en skuffende opplevelse!

Flott, men sengene ...

Flott hytte. Sentralt på Stranda. Dobbeltsenga var altfor myk. Sovesofaen var klumpete og knirkete. Barna elsket lekeplassen.

Elendig / stay away!!

Elendig! Du blir plassert i en liten kontainer som dels var praktisk, men alt for liten og det er absolutt ingen hytte! Vi måtte attpåtil beyale for sengetøy og sette dette opp selv og vaske ut kontaineren... Fikk ikke frokost, selv om jeg etterspurte dette. Fikk all nødvendig informasjon etter oppholdet. Finn et annet sted, anbefales ikke.

Dårlig kundeservice

Vi blev veldig skuffet over denne opplevelse, da vi desværre ikke havde forestillet os størrelsen af «hytten». Vi havde set billeder på forhånd, som var meget misvisende. Vi sover der natten, men hoveddøren kunne ikke lukke. Jeg ringer så til kundeservice som beder og flytte hytte. Men da vi allerede havd prakket ud og redt denge bedte vi om refusjon af nat 2. dette kunne vi kkke få og sov derfor i en iskold hyttte. Vi pakkede vores ting sammen og kørte hjem efter denne behandling.

Ikke velg dette!!

Måtte vaske alt på kjøkkenet når vi kom, hybelkaniner og annet støv, 4 senger på loftet har ingen rømningsvei eller ventilasjon. Ble så varmt på loftet/hemsen at det ikke kunne brukes på natten etter fyr i peisen. Ble målt 35 grader og kunne ikke lufte. Ble nektet å lade elbil på strømnettet noe som medførte en hel dag i kjøring for å lade. Naboer som er et mareritt som ringer på og krangler. Vårt opphold ble en katastrofe!!!!

Kompakt og fin hytte

Vi hadde en natt med to voksne og to tenåringer i de nye hyttene. Små, men meget plasseffektive hytter. Stilig interiør og praktiske løsninger. Fin platting og grill. Her kunne vi gjerne blitt lenger. Supert sted!

småt men ok.

Stedet er en campingplads med smuk beliggenhed, med hytter i forskellig størrelse, vi boede i den mindste type. Meget lidt plads, men ok til to personer. Vi havde læst at der var komfur, så vi troede også der var kogeplader, pande, og gryder. Det er der ikke. Vores tur videre, gik med færgen 500 meter derfra, nordover til den smukkeste natur på hele vores tur i Norge.

Det var et godt opphold, noe vanskelig å finne fram, fikk GPS koordinater som var vanskelig å legge inn i GPS. Men utrolig fin og ryddig hytte når man først kom frem.
