Wir fanden die Wohnung toll, vor allem die ausgestatte Küche, es war auch alles sehr sauber. Man müsste den Wasserkocher nur mal entkalken und die abgelaufenen Sachen entfernen, aber sonst war alles top. Man hat nur die weiten Wege etwas unterschätzt und das es direkt dort nur 3 Restaurants gab. Vielen Dank für alles

Tolle FeWo

Große FeWo, komplett eingerichtet in super Lage. Man ist schnell in Stralsund oder auf Rügen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tanken in 6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Gartentisch und Stühle sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Sund

Fotos und Beschreibung sind erfreulich realistisch.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.Dank E-Bikes waren wir schnell in der Altstadt oder auf dem Rügendamm....Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Wir vermissten eine Gästeinfo für das TV sowie heißes Wasser mit normalem Wasserstrahl am Spülbecken.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man keinen Rummel mag und seine Ruhe haben möchte. Das Haus ist einfach. Mehr braucht man nicht.

Würde ich immer weiter empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal gegenüber die Ostsee und ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt Stralsund. Ein paar Anmerkungen: das Bett war uns zu hart, wir haben dann auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Aber das ist Ansichtssache. Der eine mag es hart, der andere liegt lieber etwas weicher. Man könnte auch die Gästeinformation mit dem Gebrauch des Fernseher erweitern, der wollte nämlich bei uns nicht so richtig.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit den Haus und der Umgebung höchst zufrieden und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können das Haus nur weiter Empfählen. Wer Ruhe sucht findet diese hier. In etwa 10 Fahrradminuten ist man mitten in Stralsund mit allen Restaurants, Geschäften und Museen.

Schöne Tage an der Ostsee

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Bei bestem Wetter konnte man vorm Haus sitzen und die Sonne genießen. In der Wohnung gab es alles was man braucht. Die anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN konnten nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Verwalter aus dem Weg geräumt werden. Das Störtebeker Brauhaus kann man zu Fuß erreichen und dort sehr lecker essen. Ansonsten ist man aufs Auto oder Rad angewiesen.

Lieblos und ungepflegt

Nach 2 von 7 gezahlten Nächten sind wir wegen mangelnder Sauberkeit in der Wohnung abgereist. Vor allem in der Küche sind die Schränke und Schubladen von innen und außen mit Fett und Speiseresten verschmiert. Auf dem Ceranfeld war noch ein Kringel mit Angebranntem. Die Arbeitsfläche war nicht abgewischt worden. Hier lagen Krümel. Der Wasserkocher war total verkalkt, die Kaffeemaschine klebt, das Gehäuse hat einen Riss. Der Backofen sieht besonders ekelig aus mit vielen Krümeln und eingebrannten Essensresten. Es dauert schon einen längere Zeit bis ein Backofen so zugerichtet ist. Der Gefrierteil des Kühlschranks ist vereist. Die untere Schubladen läßt sich deshalb nicht öffnen. In der oberen Schubladen liegen noch die losen Eiswürfel der Vorgänger. Mixer und andere Küchengegenstände sind ebenfalls verschmiert. Dekogegenstände auf den Schränken haben eine dicke Patina aus Staub und Fett. Die Fensterbank hinter der Spüle ist übersäht mit Spinnweben. Die Spülbürste ist komplett abgenutzt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist verstaubt. Das Bett quietscht und wackelt bei jeder Bewegung. An ruhigen Schlaf ist auch wegen der sehr harten Matratze nicht zu denken. Die schöne Aussicht und das funktionelle aber verstaubte Bad haben für uns den negativen Eindruck nicht ausgeglichen. Durch die Vorkasse hat der Mieter kaum die Möglichkeit, einen Teil des gezahlten Geldes zurück zu erhalten. Der Vermieter/ Verwalter schrieb nach meiner Beschwerde, dass er bisher mit den Reinigungen zufrieden war!

Schöner Urlaub am Sund

Ruhige aber zentrale Lage direkt am Wasser (erste Reihe). Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Ferienbungalow hat eine super Ausstattung, Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und begehbarer Dusche, voll ausgestattete Küche mit kl. Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. An allen Fenstern elektrische Rollos. Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus. Einzige Minuspunkte: Matraze im Schlafzimmer sehr hart, Bett knirscht sehr laut. Grundstück könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein. Aber nichts desto trotz ein toller Urlaub mit genialen Sonnenaufgängen.

Urlaub in Strahlsund

Genau wie im Inserat beschrieben - sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Man ist ausserhalb von Stahlsund aber es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Orte ideal zum abschalten und erholen.

Schönes zweckmäßiges Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Garten essen und sich sonnen. Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist vom Esstisch im Wohnzimmer sehr schön. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
