Our apartment Unterdeck (about 40 m²) is located in the Frankenstr. 51 on the ground floor, in the old town near the harbor. It offers modern living comfort in the historic setting of Stralsund. The lower deck is very quiet in a beautifully landscaped courtyard with balcony in south-west facing. It has a separate living and sleeping area. Equipment: - suitable for 2 pers. Bedroom: double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, wardrobe 2-door bed linen, towels, living room with dining area, sofa bed 130, x 1.90, radio, flat screen TV SFBC: refrigerator, electric cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, coffee maker, Kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, basic equipmentBath inside with shower, toilet, heating, hairdryer SW balcony with seatingFloors: tilesNo pets! The apartment is a Non smoking apartment! It is within walking distance to the harbor and Ozeaneum.

Stralsund is also called the gateway to the island of Rügen!You can reach the Ozeaneum, the Maritime Museum and all sights of the Unesco World Heritage City with just a few steps. Information about the historic old town: Leisure / excursion possibilities: - Ozeaneum, maritime museum, zoo - Baden, - fishing, - harbor cruises - to the island Rügen and Hiddensee, peninsulas Fischland-Darß-Zingst and Usedom - cycling on the Ostseeradwanderweg- Rügenbrückenlauf in October Pets are only allowed in the villa Teichblick. Stilvolle Unterkunft in bester Lage
Schön eingerichtete Wohnung die in bester Lage ist. Ob Ozeanum, Hafen, Einkaufsladen, alles ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super geeignet für 2 Personen. Für unser Empfinden war die Wohnung für einen Kinderwagen allerdings etwas beengt. Zurecht gekommen ist man allerdings trotzdem super.

Schöne Wohnung, teure Extras
Die Wohnung war zwar klein, aber sehr schön gelegen und insgesamt brauchbar eingerichtet. Ärgerlich fanden wir die anfallende Extra-Gebühr für den Autostellplatz von 10€/Tag, sowie die Extra-Berechnung aller Kleinigkeiten von Bettzeug bis Badetüchern. Auf die Bitte um Reparatur des Fernsehers wurde nicht reagiert.
