Apartment 'Alte Seifensiederei - Ferien-loft' with Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Alte Seifensiederei - Ferien-loft is located in Stralsund and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Located in the old town, the property offers a breathtaking view of Stralsund's three large churches. All sights, including the historic market, the town hall, the harbour, the Ozeaneum and the Maritime Museum, as well as public transport links are within walking distance.

The exquisite holiday loft was completed in 2010. It is part of a historic 18th century warehouse building, where soap was boiled until the beginning of the 20th century.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz auch für Familien m. Kindern

Pros: Lage in der Altstadt, alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen, großzügiger offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Flur, unkomplizierte Übergabe des Schlüssels und auch individuelle Absprache wegen späterer Abreisezeit war möglich, Abrechnung und Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte sehr schnell Cons: Kühlschrank etwas zu klein für die Personenzahl, nur 2 Geschirrtabs vorhanden, Doppelbetten recht schmal , könnte ein HInweis in der Beschreibung sinnvoll sein

Pros: Wir haben in Stralsund ein paar schöne Tage verbracht.Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, toll das es ausreichend WC/Duschmöglichkeiten gibt und das diese Wohnung sehr geräumig ist. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt in die Altstadt, zum Hafen etc... Da kann man das Auto stehen lassen und zu Fuß Stralsund erkunden! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt..

Pros: Wir hatten zum 3 mal in Folge die Wohnung für 3 Parteien gemietet und werden es auch in Zukunft zur Tradition machen. Sie ist top gelegen und wunderbar eingerichtet. Parkplätze gibt es leider nicht direkt vor der Tür ( das ist aber normal in einer Altstadt), ist aber mit Entladen und Parkhäusern vor Ort kein Problem.

Wir haben ein Wochenende unter Freunden hier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die einzelnen Zimmer bieten Privatsphäre, während die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsbereiche Raum zur Kommunikation bieten. Schön, dass es sowas noch gibt! (Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.)

Pros: Wir waren als Familie mit den erwachsenen Söhnen und deren Freundinnen zu Gast. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die alte Hansestadt und deren Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Durch das Vorhandensein von jeweils 2 Toiletten und Duschen, gab es auch diesbezüglich keine Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
