"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"Convenient parking with terrific hotel staff. Within walking distance of Derry center of town. Cracker breakfast!"
