Staff was very attentive and hotel is in great shape. $12 nightly parking. Montpelier doesn’t have a huge dining scene or a lot of things to do but we enjoyed the Capital and Braggs Maple Farm.

I like the hotel and staff. The room I had was next to the elevator, it was a bit noisy. We did have issues with the toilet and I let the front desk know when I checked out. My only real concern was the homeless/unhoused living in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. I was worried about my rental car getting broken into as I was moving my son to college with all his stuff. In the end nothing was broken into or taken.

Amazing stay! After a long day of travel ( from California) we were greeted by the happiest person on the planet, Valerie! Your staff does a wonderful job of making you feel like family, not a customer. The room was great, clean comfortable and inviting! I’ll be coming to Vermont for the next 4 years (daughter will be attending Norwich) and you will definitely be my first choice of places to stay!

It was great for the purpose of our stay (watching our son’s college team’s first game). The elevator was out of service and we were on the 4th floor. But other than that, it was great! We walked to get dinner and breakfast the next morning. The staff was very friendly and offered to help bring our bags to our room.

It was expensive for the quality. The ceiling was broken. No pool or spa, small fitness room. No breakfast included. Parking is an additional 12 dollars per night. On the positive side it was clean, spacious and good location.
