Our Ranch style home sits on 1.5 acres just 1 mile off Stoutsville boat ramp. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this home offers openness and privacy.

This vacation home has an open floor plan with a front porch for sitting and back patio for gathering. A large two car garage is a bonus for your vehicle or boat storage. A fire pit is also available for evening enjoyment.

We had a wonderful stay and were so thankful to be able to stay another year. It's a great location for access to the Mark Twain Lake. Also a wonderful place to gather and relax, even when rain changes your plans.

Sweet little house with all your needs! It was in such a cool spot and was the perfect distance away from many awesome spots and towns. Beth was awesome and very easy to talk to! I would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Mark Twain lake house

Wonderful, very well equipped house. Property is nice and private. We brought our dog and was great for him to explore and run around. Nice garage setup with a pac man video game as a nice surprise. Will definately stay here again.

Great getaway spot in the middle of farm land.

The place was extremely comfortable an cozy for my family of 9. The yard was fantastic. For the first time we let our dog loose, and she loved running around and greeting the neighboring cows in the morning. The kitchen had plenty of space. We used both the gas and charcoal grills. It was just the place we needed to bond and share together as a family. The place was close to the lake so getting there was a breeze. For anyone looking for a peaceful family getaway, this is the place for you!

Great home and vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Holder House. The home was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly need, actually the home was stock with about everything we needed for our vacation. We loved how it was secluded from everything. The peace and quite was just want we needed. We didn't have to travel to far to the boat ramps. We loved the garage. Big enough for our bass boat and the truck. Also the garage was set up with a sitting room and a arcade Pac-Man game! We had so much fun playing our own little Pac-Man tournament. Thank you Beth and Robert for a wonderful place that we could unwind and relax on our vacation!
