"Apartment was pretty good with wide and clean rooms, quite close to train station to Wien. Raisa has been very kind allowing us to enter in the morning and giving us helpful suggestions."

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Es war eine super Zeit. Beim Check In dürfte es einen Übertragungsfehler der Nachricht hier auf fewo gegeben haben mit der Info ab den Gastgeber, wann ich in der Unterkunft ankommen Werder. Somit musste ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten. Es war allerdings nur halb so schlimm, weil der Wald hinter dem Haus sehr schön ist. Das Haus ist super renoviert, moderne Heizung, top Ausstattung, auch in der Küche und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Werde wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Danke an den Gastgeber...

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and for a hot July temperature-wise refreshing neighbourhood. We liked the own terrace a lot even without a view beyond the courtyard. Good spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen. We did not really miss an airco as there are lots of windows to air the apartment. "Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow unweit des Haupthauses, umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach, 2Herdplatten, Spüle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, TV & WLAN. Die Zimmer sind Stilvoll eingerichtet, samt Möbel und Bad in einem sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, hat immer ein par Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung parat, natürlich in Österreicher Dialekt."

"We had a little difficulty finding the right door, despite excellent picture instructions. Self check-in was easy.Wonderful White is on the second floor. The staircase and floors are beautiful. The apartment was spacious, especially for just the two of us. One bedroom was decorated for children with games and toys. "If you need to stay in St Polten, stay here! New hotel, 10 minutes from the station through the park - an excellent property with superb rooms, my only disappointment was I only stayed one night! Reception very helpful and their recommendation for eating and drinking was spot on."

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "

"Ilse and Otto's apartment was perfect for our family. We had an Easter egg hunt in the yard, amidst the beautiful flower gardens. There was room to spread out, and we really apprexiated the 3 bathrooms when it was time for all 7 of us to get ready . The neighborhood was lovely and we had lical dinners twice. Worked out so well, with 2 little boys 7 and 10."
