"This hotel was very nice. Convenient location. Ample parking. Nice lobby. Great room. Very nice breakfast and plenty of places to sit in the breakfast area. The girl that checked us in wasn't very helpful at all and just told me to "look at the map" when I asked her about our room location compared to thestairs, elevator. There were people behibd me in line and she made me feel rushed so I didn't really get to look at the map. Because of that, we took the longest way possible both on the first floor to the elevator (which is way in the corner) and then again on the second floor to our room. She could have said that our room was RIGHT up the stairs behind where we were standing. One person doesn't speak for the whole hotel, though. "
