"The staff are lovely, room was great, bed comfy but I stayed for 2 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned which I would normally expect to happen everyday. The breakfast was pretty average, I had the buffet and the scrambled eggs were probably the worst eggs I’ve ever had. I did however like the motivational and perspective posters and the opportunities for improving mental health. "

"Clean room, comfortable beds, and lovely smiling cleaning staff. Not a great welcome in the reception, like the last time i stayed here when the lady was wonderful. Not an above and beyond service place this time. Reception lady not answering the phones, or being very friendly."

"In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished. Other than that, the cookies available at check-in made up for it. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, but an exceptionally clean area."
