"Barely can rest with dogs barking and children crying at times. Shower was filthy, we had to by cleaning products in Walgreens and clean it. We turned in the room early and headed into New York. "

"I went to go into the bed and the sheets were dirty with fresh black dirt smudges on it. Pillow had a small black coiled bug on it. The shower curtain had nose secretions on it. Room was beyond dirty. I called the lobby about it and was told come down and he would provide me with a different room. When I got down a man asking with the issue was and I told him that the bedsheets were filthy with smudges on them and he said OK come with me and took me into the laundry room and asked me what size sheets I needed to change my bed! I said I would absolutely not be changing the beds in this. hotel and that I needed a new room. The new room was equally as dirty. Bathroom had hair all over the floor that didn’t belong to my family. Just disgusting"

"We were comfortable and close to the elevator. The Army Reserve group on weekend maneuvers were 40 in number and polite. Families took good care of their children. The staff was very helpful. Holiday Inn and Qunita are top on our list for short stays."

"The place is absolutely FANTASTIC! It is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, loved the shower products too. My family celebrated Christmas here and the added touch of decorations made it feel so homey. The welcome basket is such a nice touch and we enjoyed the wine with Christmas dinner. The host is very responsive. For no fault to her, just due to winter weather, the power went out for a few hours. Right away she communicated with us about when it would be restored. Sometimes on vacation things happen and this is a host who is there for you. You gave our family precious memories!! Thank you so much! Plan to return the next time we come to CT!"

"The home is comfortable…the basement, which is not completely finished…was loaded w spider webs which was a concern..the washer and dryer were there…we paid for 11 nights and were out of common supplies after 3.. owner told us they only supply for a long weekend..would have liked that to have known that prior to renting..we had to shop for supplies..beds were very comfortable, tv selection was great..location was great..but on a busy street so getting to sleep took a minute! Kitchen was well equipped..communication w host was great.."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property while our home was being renovated. We were lucky to have stayed for the whole summer, May through September, and it was such a wonderful place to land that had all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is beautiful, set in cozy Oceanside neighborhood with direct access to the water. Close by trails, and downtown Branford is lovely. Tony was so supportive- Always available, quick to help resolve any issues we had. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
