"Property was immaculate. The staff was kind and professional. They even called to check in after you’ve been in the room for a little while. Make sure everything is perfect and to wish you an excellent day. What a great experience I chose this place mainly based on price, but it was an exceptional facility! "

"You get why you pay for. We just needed a cheap stay for one night. The toilet seat was loose and falling off. The hallway smells like straight up cigarette smoke, and floors were a bit dirty. Pillows were super small (one per head basically). We didnt use the shower but I did look inside and the drain plug was just chilling in the middle, not in the drain where it should have been. A bit weird but not awful. Front staff was very nice. We did sleep well. Beside the floor, toilet, and piece of hair on the blanket we found when we walked in it wasn’t terrible, but not superb. "

"This is an old style two story motel at the exit of Rt 95. It is not fancy but the neighborhood is OK and the rooms are clean. The other side of the interchange has restaurant options. I recommend it if a motel suits your requirement. TV, refrigerator, heat/AC, lights, shower all functioned perfectly. "

"The place is absolutely FANTASTIC! It is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, loved the shower products too. My family celebrated Christmas here and the added touch of decorations made it feel so homey. The welcome basket is such a nice touch and we enjoyed the wine with Christmas dinner. The host is very responsive. For no fault to her, just due to winter weather, the power went out for a few hours. Right away she communicated with us about when it would be restored. Sometimes on vacation things happen and this is a host who is there for you. You gave our family precious memories!! Thank you so much! Plan to return the next time we come to CT!"

"The home is comfortable…the basement, which is not completely finished…was loaded w spider webs which was a concern..the washer and dryer were there…we paid for 11 nights and were out of common supplies after 3.. owner told us they only supply for a long weekend..would have liked that to have known that prior to renting..we had to shop for supplies..beds were very comfortable, tv selection was great..location was great..but on a busy street so getting to sleep took a minute! Kitchen was well equipped..communication w host was great.."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property while our home was being renovated. We were lucky to have stayed for the whole summer, May through September, and it was such a wonderful place to land that had all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is beautiful, set in cozy Oceanside neighborhood with direct access to the water. Close by trails, and downtown Branford is lovely. Tony was so supportive- Always available, quick to help resolve any issues we had. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
