"The hosts were bery communicative throughout the process. The week of our stay, we received a planning note from the owner, and then the day before more information on the property. The day of our check in we received a final check in note with information on how to enter and turn on the lights, laundry, etc.There are four bedrooms, all spacious. Two full bathrooms all new and clean. The air conditioning units worked well. The inside of the home is cozy and has a nice living space, then a tv room to fit 3-4 people, a dining area and full kitchen with espresso machine and other. Full kitchen supplies if you are to cook and a bbq outside.The pool is very big, its an L shape and our kids loved it. The entire backyard and front area was well done and maintained. There are nice sitting areas and a nice long driveway with a basketball hoop.Most of all the owners were extremely nice and friendly. There are no gimmicks here, they are nicr people with a warm home. Id highly recommend to any families that need 4 bedrooms and a nice living space as they are enjoying the Port Jefferson and Mt sinai area."
