"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"

"I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel.
This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities. "
