I could feel that it did not seem to be a surprise or concern to him.(likely it happened before…) Other than suggesting me to try to unplug and re-plug the power of the modem (it did not help!), there was nothing else that he would plan to do or assure me the problem would be dealt with as soon as possible during our stay....
