"Very nice and convenient hotel."

"The proximity to the train station and local eateries was ideal. Our room had a big picture window looking out on the harbor. A free daily intercity bus ticket was a nice bonus. There was no coffee or tea making supplies in the room but the staff provided at our request. "

"The room assigned me was on the first floor; except for a sleeper car on a train I have not slept in such a small room. The presence of ear plugs did not bode well either. But even though a Christmas Markt was being held just outside of my window, I did not hear anything, and the blackout curtains prevented light from being an issue. The room had just enough things for an hotel room to be functional: no obligatory alarm clock, no abundance of drawers that no one uses. It was very austere and pleasant."

"We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited."
