"We absolutely loved it at 19 The Beach, if you like a quite laid-back holiday away from the bustle of larger towns this is the place for you. The friendly owner came and introduced himself and gave us a key fob to operate the barrier to the complex car park. The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly want for a lovely holiday. There is a table and chairs outside the front door should you wish to eat alfresco but you will have the odd holiday maker...

"Excellent accommodation. Perfectly clean. Just special listening to the sound of the sea. Has all that you'd need for a comfortable holiday stay. Generous welcome basket much appreciated. Very good welcome folder with detailed instructions and lots of walking information. Parking also not a problem. Easy base from which to explore the area although in the immediate vicinity there aren't many amenities. Was also very quiet although we did stay in March."

"This house and location is absolutely stunning! It has been tastefully decorated with high end goods . Every room is beautiful and well equipped. It is spotless and comfortable. The views from the window across to the beach are stunning and it felt like we had our own private beach which

loved . There are some tricky lanes to negotiate but it is well worth it . Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are fab to visit and a meal at Cricket Inn at Beesands is a must !"

"Barn is excellent close to beach and has parking a bonus (only problem no fob for garage door so had to climb over car bonnet so as to get out after using control inside) everything thing you need to use in kitchen etc. Only really bad thing was South Western Water working in main carpark from 6pm till 7am on one night horrendous so no sleep at all would have been nice to have been better informed as to what would have been going on instead of after our arrival as may have not bothered going"
