"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE."

"Our flight up to the Sacramento area was delayed 4 times and I reached out to the Resort to let them know about it. They were very helpful. Check in once we got there was a breeze. The room we had was AMAZING and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We were unable to take advantage of the spa or other amenities. The roses were gorgeous along with the other greenery. If we ever get back to this area, this is a place to come back to. You're going to love it!"

"We get assign a room on a corner of the hall, 119 Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during all night. People coming and going . There was an ice machine behind us, and someone was getting ice all night long, The sound of the ice machine was so loud we couldnt take a good rest even it was just one night to continue our roadtrip. Maybe for future guests hotel should consider this."
