Although I only stayed one night for a softball tournament, My daughter and I and our other guest were treated very nice. The place was very nice inside and safe and quiet. I will definitely go Back to the Hilton again.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. But the room door wouldn’t shut unless you pushed hard on it, and outlets weren’t working all over the room. The common areas were showing a lot of wear and tear, broken tiles, doors not closing properly, etc. Can tell it was once nice, but seems past its prime. Stay was fine overall, I just expected it to be a little nicer.

We were not told that there was construction going on on the building. Was woke up at 8a.m. to sanding and drilling sounds. Also was not informed that no room cleaning or fresh towels would be provided daily. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Had to request room cleaning the night before from the front desk. Hotel Starbucks would not honor Starbucks reward card. Will think twice about staying at Hilton Hotels.

New rooms were nice. Still have the old doors though. They are loud and get slam every time someone goes in/out. Whether it's midnight or 530 AM, they'll wake you up.

Couple Issues
Stayed in Room 323. Inside of room was new and nice. Old fridge though. Old room door. All the room doors close really loud, so you're constantly getting woke up as people come home at night, and leaving in the AM. Other than that though, things were fine.
