"Searching online for one night hotel room while traveling and came across the Central Athens Hotel and took a chance with a local hotel based on price, reviews, and pictures versus staying at your typical interstate corporate hotel. This hotel did not disappoint. This place is a sweat gem of a place to stay. First, place is clean inside and out and they have obviously been thorough to make this older hotel feel fresh and new versus just covering up with some paint. Hotel has a nice modern vibe. The check in and out receptionists were very friendly and offered tips/advice about where to eat and what to see locally. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, bathroom was modern with large walk in shower and unreal shower options. Breakfast offered free freshly made scrambled eggs with real eggs, not just the powered stuff like in the big box hotels. I have no hesitation referring other's to this sweet little hotel. I plan to stay there again."

"Rooms were very clean. Booked two rooms for two nights for our constructions company crew. Extremely friendly check in with zero hassle. Was able to get the rooms next to one another which was nice. We do a lot of work in Athens and will use this hotel again."
