Had a few issues with room that were sorted quickly which was good. Hotel showing signs of needing some updates in terms of furniture but looks nice and inviting. Bar staff very good and work hard Good location to walk to many different parts of Stockholm

I didn’t know that cheapest option is a meeting room which is converted into a bedroom. It is not the usual rooms. So, I would say, you are not getting the best from the hotel although you have paid a good price. The area is noise on the weekend because some bars around. I didn’t hear anything from room.

Good location for walking to parts of Stockholm some future out. It we are happy to walk. Or there is a hop on and off that stops outside Hotel show signs of needing some tlc for both decor and furnishings. We had a few issues in the room most of which were sorted quickly. Be aware that the hotel does not accept any cash Bar staff very efficient and work hard

An excellent location, close to transport, shopping and dining options. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. An easy walk to the harbour and Gamla Stan (old town). The room was a good size and clean, however, there was no fridge and no tea and coffee making facilities. These had to be purchased in the reception area.

Five day solo trip. Great amenities (gym, relax room, sauna, break). Excellent deal in the economy room. Bathroom was quite spacious and modern for a small room. Excellent service.

Good hotel very nice surrounded, in front of a park. Walking distance to the water, the metro station and more. The room is large and confortable. Unfortunately the figdge didn't work and the personnel did nothing to solve it.

Terrible customer service

I booked a single room through hotels.com. There were two options: a single room with a window or a single room without a window. I booked a room with a window. When I checked in I was given a cellar room without a window. When I returned to the receptionist and told her they had given me the wrong room, she quite rudely responded, “you got the room you booked.” When I insisted that I had booked a room with a window, she demanded to see a receipt. However, despite having two bookable categories on the website, my receipt from hotels.com stated simply “single room.” When I insisted on getting a different room, the receptionist told me they were fully booked, even though the Scandic member who checked in after me was upgraded to a single room with a window. I have never been so poorly treated as a hotel guest. I will never stay here or any other Scandic again unless absolutely necessary. Incredibly poor from hotels.com too.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit reichlich Lokals und Shops in der Nähe. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war es abends und nachts etwas laut und die Räume hellhörig. Zudem war das Inventar etwas abgewohnt. Frühstücksauswahl ist eigentlich sehr groß, Kleinigkeiten wie Weichkässe und vegane herzhafte Beläge fehlten leider.
