"It's been a few years since I stayed here, so was interested to go back. On arrival there was a huge queue for check in, but only 2 staff on the desk, so that took a bit of time to sort out. At check in I was informed by the very helpful member of staff that I still had Radisson Blu Gold status, so got an upgrade on my room. Result! Room was pretty big and very clean.
The only issue I had is that it was very warm in Stockholm this week. The aircon unit is on the window sill, so when the curtains are open, the room temperature is fine. When they're closed and you're trying to sleep, the cool air is trapped behind the curtains so the room gets too warm. I really struggled to sleep well this week unfortunately.
