The daily included breakfast was fabulous, and included something for everyone. The bed was very comfortable. I do wish however, they had a mini fridge and a way to brew coffee in the room, (they have a kettle- with instant coffee). This however, was a small price to pay since they had good coffee in the lobby and at their amazing breakfast.

Our 3 night stay in May was wonderful! The hotel location is great for tourists who will be visiting the sights. Many places are within walking distance. Staff were very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was great and had many options.

Charm in the Old Town

Excellent location and wonderful breakfast. Staff was helpful, pleasant and available. The building is very old so rooms are small but clean. If you’re ok with old world charm, this is fine.

We had a beautiful room with corner windows and a view of the water on the third floor. The breakfast was amazing each day with a large variety of fresh food to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with a few things that we requested. The location is great and easy walking everywhere. It was nice to have an elevator for our luggage. I would definitely stay again.

I chose the Hotel Gamla Stan primarily for it's location, and it was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful, our room was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. We were just down the street from the palace, across the road from the water, close to all the charming shops as well as NK, and a short walk to the Opera House. It took me nearly 30 years to return to Stockholm, and I can't wait to go back again!
