Enjoyed our stay. Has a great decor, lovely location and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. My quibble would be that our mattress was incredibly soft, while the sofa bed my daughter slept on was quite incredible. Hopefully these aspects will be improved before our next visit.

Great location for the central station, with a regular fast train to the airport. Gamla Stan is easily reached on foot. Restaurants in the area seem to close very early but not sure if that is a seasonal thing. The main shopping street in Norrmalm is within easy walking distance too. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The stay was decent overall. The location proved convenient, and the room offered a peaceful retreat. However, cleanliness fell short of expectations. Lingering trash in the hallway, including food waste, marred our experience. Additionally, when inquiring about bringing a baby to the bar area, we faced confusion from one staff member who suggested retreating to our room for drinks due to uncertainty. After some delay, another staff member clarified that it was permissible. These instances left us feeling unsettled and slightly frustrated during our visit. Breakfast was chaotic.

A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 30 minute walk from Gamla Stan and if you're coming from America with fussy children- you'll be across the street from Burger King, McDonalds, Subway and 7-Eleven.

Nice building in an excellent location. The gym was small but perfect for my needs. Breakfast was tasty although the layout sometimes made it hard to get round even before peak times. The room was bigger than I expected for an economy single with good facilities. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The TV and radio choice was OK, although the TV guide didn’t work, which was a small annoyance. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the bed sheets - presumably to strong detergents. I’ve never had this at a Scandic before (or any hotel for that matter) but it resulted in a rash that got worse each night and I’m afraid I was quite relieved to be leaving before it got even worse!

We hold the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which is the official eco label of the Nordic countries. It is given to goods and services that meet ambitious environmental, climate and health requirements. This means that our laundry service is required to use only hypoallergenic detergents. So, it's very unfortunate that you had this reaction, since we do what we can to prevent this from happening. Comfy stay
The lobby was very nice and welcoming. The food a breakfast was good. The rooms were nice but due for an upgrade or at least a fresh coat of paint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Incredible location in central Stockholm. The breakfast was amazing and the family room was so spacious. We were traveling with 20month old twins and could fit the double pram into our room too. Will def come back to stay again soon

It's wonderfully close to the Central Train Station, the property itself is terrific and a great launch point for exploring the city, and the free morning breakfast is absolutely divine.

Great location (close to Arlanda Express and Stockholm Central Station). Walkable and safe area. Room is ok. The bed is terrible. The shower door needs to be longer. Water gets all over the floor no matter how careful you are.

We had a lovely stay here. We booked a superior family room, as we were two adults and a three year old. There was plenty of space in the room and the bed was big enough for the three of us! Despite the hotel being very central we found it quiet and slept well. The bed was comfy and the room was a pleasant temperature. We could open the windows for fresh air which was a bonus! The breakfast was great, I've never seen so much choice (including for all dietary requirements). It got a little busy from 8am but arriving at 7:30am we easily got a table. The only thing that could have been improved was the condition of the bathroom; the toilet seat was a little old and smelled. The shower cubicle could have done with a deep clean and probably an update. Overall we would recommend this hotel for a stay in central Stockholm.

Excellent location, with good transport connections to many attractions and walking distance the central station. We were a family of 4 in 2 rooms. The rooms were on the same floor but about 10 doors apart. I had also requested an early check in which could not be managed. 1 room was on the smaller side. The cupboard had hanging space and 1 usable shelf. Breakfast was nice, lots of choices and we managed to find tables even at busy times.
