Property is located close to public transport (bus and metro). Thus, it is very easy to commute to the city centre (about 15 min commuting). Room was very comfortable and spacious. Room was serviced daily. Staff at reception was very helpful and works 24h. We’ll stay again in it when visiting Stockholm.

As always on arrival I was welcomed back with a smile. The staff here are great. The place is clean and modern and has a really nice vibe to it. My room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. Excellent hotel.

The hotel was cozy, clean and well maintained.. The lobby was inviting and comfortable. The biggest negative is that you have to pay extra for using any amenities such as using their bike. But, they don’t offer hourly rentals and daily rent was pretty high.

Have stayed here quite a lot over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, the service at reception has gotten worse recently. This time, we called in advance to have a baby bed prepared in the room. This had not been done when we arrived, which was a big inconvenience after a very late flight. The reception staff were not very helpful in getting it sorted promptly, and we had to walk down and remind them several times. Shame, since the property and location are super good.

This was a beautiful property with a lovely lounge area. The breakfast was fantastic. Their customer service in some areas with good in other They seemed untrained They gave us some wrong information. This hotel is about a 45 minute walk and a 15 minute subway to the centre of Stockholm, which was nice. The gym was fantastic. I would recommend.

Would definitely stay again

We stayed at the Marriott for one week on the occasion of the wedding of our son. Service was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Our room was clean comfortable and spacious containing everything that we need. Breakfast was excellent with an array of food catering for everyone’s taste. The only disappointment was that you had to pay extra if you wanted a fried egg. We had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions which was very good and reasonably priced for Stockholm. The staff were very good and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Think before booking

Hotel is far from Stockholm central. The door lock works at times and does not at other times as they need to repair it. The rooms do not get cleaned in the morning so when you return to the room in the evening you have to ask to clean your room. The bathroom is old fashion. The beds are very uncomfortable. Staff is ok and hotel is overall clean.

We arrived at the hotel at 23:30 just to hear that there is double booking and the hotel is full. We were sent to another hotel by a taxi without expenses, but this hassle took 30 minutes on top of a long day. That another hotel was nice and conveniently located next to the train station, where we had started our journey to find the hotel an hour earlier. I just do not understand why your booking systems can not warn about the double booking and inform us to go to that replacement hotel in the first place. That would have saved us one hour around midnight going there and back again.
