The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I really recommend this hotel and would love to come back again soon. Augsburg is so pretty!!"

"Suitable lodging for the location and price. No AC or thermostat controls in the room I was assigned but thankfully weather conditions kept the room comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were loose but functional I.e., concerned that the towel hook would come out of the wall or shelf would do the same. Shower was clean but had some mildew and mold in the corners. You get what you pay for…"
