"What a beautiful old, but refurbished, boutique hotel ! The staff was better than wonderful and the room was gorgeous. Perfect location for someone like me who prefers to walk. I took bus 801 from main station to Kammena Kosna stop, 50 meters from hotel front door. Leaving, I crossed the street to the opposite bus stop and took the 801 back to the train. Every 15 minutes and it’s only one dollar each way. I downgraded the amenities score a little. The room could be improved by adding a microwave, a second pillow for the giant bed, a coverlet at least as big as the bed, and a spare blanket. Breakfast buffet was really good. Bathroom and huge shower are super, and I loved the curved brick ceilings. Recommended!"

"Het appartement ligt op een prachtige locatie voor mensen die van rust en natuur houden. De eigenaren, een echtpaar op leeftijd, waren erg vriendelijk. Ze spreken geen Engels naar wel een beetje Frans en Duits.Het huis kan op sommige onderdelen wel wat onderhoud hebben en er was lange tijd niet goed schoongemaakt.Wij hebben er een prima week gehad en hebben veel gewandeld in de omgeving. De bus stopt vlakbij en er is een rechtstreekse lijn naar een metrostation in Praag."

"Check in was done ahead of time. Ok for us, but I had to help another couple later who hadn’t. The apartment was beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There are teabags and 2 coffee pods to start with. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but there appeared to be everything you might need. The TVs weren’t connected to the internet so not smart TVs. There are 9 parking spaces in front of and adjacent to the building, good for motorcycles. It’s a 7-8 minute walk to St Barbara’s, less to the old town. There is a large shared kitchen with coffee pods, drinks and snacks available for a fee. A very nice place to stay…"

"The hotel has something of an 'old world' charm. We appreciated very secure parking for our bicycles and early check-in. One of the young waiters in the restaurant was particularly helpful, with excellent English. The reception staff helped us make a phone call to another hotel for future bookings.The breakfast was fine - nothing special. The room was comfortable and quiet and clean."
