    You can enjoy a shared swimming pool (open 27 June–15 September, daily 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00) and a private parking space.

Rocca Ruja and Spiaggia del Gabbiano are about 700–800 meters away (8–10 minutes on foot), while the famous La Pelosa Beach, known for its white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, is about 1.2 km away and reachable on foot or by car in minutes.



    Other beautiful beaches nearby include Le Saline, Pazzona, Ezzi Mannu, and Fiume Santo, ideal for exploring Sardinia’s stunning north-west coast.



    The apartment is about 50 minutes from Alghero Airport and 30 minutes from Porto Torres Ferry Port.
