"Erste Klasse – Absolut empfehlenswert!Wir haben im Juli 2026 einen Traumurlaub in Štinjan (Pula) verbracht.Unsere Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend und exakt wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand, modern und super sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen – es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Die Betten waren hervorragend, wir haben fantastisch geschlafen.Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Außenbereich: Der Garten ist groß und super gepflegt, der Pool und der Whirlpool sind einfach toll. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich mit einem tollen, gemauerten Grill und einer Spüle daneben. Am großen Tisch mit den Stühlen haben wir viel Zeit verbracht – besonders abends bis spät in die Nacht.Kristijan ist ein fantastischer Vermieter und so ein netter Mensch! Er war bei Fragen immer sofort zur Stelle und hat uns die besten Tipps für die Region Pula gegeben – egal ob für Strände, Restaurants, Ausflüge oder lokale Spezialitäten. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Ausflug mit seinem Boot – den können wir jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit in Štinjan und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Volle Punktzahl!"

"Ein ganz tolles Haus zentral und dennoch extrem ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Went during a very hot part of the year, AC worked great, basic but useful kitchenette, balcony lovely and other amenities swimming pool was great and simply didn't have time to use sauna etc. Parking nice and easy"

"Die Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft.Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das ganze Haus mit Grundstück wirkt sehr gepflegt. Es ist wirklich alles so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist wirklich toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung z.B. Bäder, Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und man ist schnell in Fazana oder Pula. Zum Hundestrand läuft man ca 20 min. Schöner feiner Kies und gleich dort Toiletten und eine Hundedusche. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, drängt sich aber nicht auf. Preis-Leistung ist super.Wir kommen wieder."
