Cozy, quiet 4 bed, 2 full-bath newly renovated House (flooring, countertops, paint and decor). Beds, linens, pillows, desks, dressers, mirrors in each room (walk-in closets in 3 rooms). Enjoy 1 acre of fenced yard and fruit trees. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped Kitchen with large island table and full pantry. Enjoy easy access to all Stillwater has to offer: 2 minutes from Payne County fairgrounds, 8 minutes from town, 8 minutes from Sparrow Beginnings Venue, and 10 minutes from OSU. Quiet country home close to town. House on an acre, fully fenced. Fruit trees front and back of house. Newly remodeled. All accessible, master closet used for storage. Communication done mainly through app, call for emergencies Close to town, quiet country neighborhood. Each house is on an acre of land.

Fun Family Christmas

Kids coming from different areas of the country, so we needed a larger home for Christmas. It was perfect, clean with lots of bed options for the different age groups and a great kitchen area open to the family room for great family experience. Thanks for making our holidays special!!!!

Excellent property!

Extremely clean, homey, easy access to town, semi-country setting was inviting and relaxing. The purpose of our visit (Elizabeth Inman Ministries, Inc. & Dream Big Today!) was to firm up business plans and schedule retreats for the coming four years. An added bonus was that we also enjoyed a wonderful time in fellowship.We highly recommend this property to those who wish to relax and feel as if at home without distractions.

Best place to stay in Stillwater, OK

When coming up to see our OSU Cowboy (granddaughter) in the Varsity Revue 2025, we throughly enjoyed our night at your place! It was close in to town, spotlessly clean and so nicely decorated. The pictures online don’t do it justice! Since we will still be making trips to Stillwater from Texas for a few more years, we’ll more than likely be seeing you again. Thank you!

Immaculately clean, charming house perfectly located for OSU event. Quiet country road, with a huge lot. Weekend event for daughter

Property was perfect for our family and small dog. Well kept, clean and organized. We had my mother and father and teenage kids with us to attend an engagement event for my daughter. The ping pong set that attached to the bar was a hit with the kids. Great location to get to Stillwater, Pawnee or Tulsa.

We wee in town for Dad's Day at OSU. The property is exactly as advertised. Quiet, rural location. Newly remodeled. Large backyard. The only issue we had was having no access to TV. We ended up casting from a phone. We were in town for a sports event and like to watch sports on TV.

Just a couple of improvements

Called contact to see if we could get in a little early and asked them to call back. Instead of calling me back, they emailed me a while later. I didn’t check email because I was expecting a call. By the time I checked email we didn’t get to check in early. They also need to post directions on how to change thermostat. Neighborhood not that great and backyard is a mess. Other than that it was great. House was clean and cute.

Nice house

We were pleasantly surprised with the nice open concept in the interior of the house. Our refrigerator went out and even though they couldn’t fix it over the weekend they did reimburse us for our perishable groceries. I was surprised there were not a few extra garbage bags on hand or many pots or pans. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely staged, but needs attention

The home was set up nicely for our stay, but there were a few things that needed maintenance and caused some inconvenience. The dishwasher was malfunctioning and running constantly on its own. The iron deposited water all over my blouse, ruining it. I had to go buy an outfit for the event. The filter for ice in the fridge was out, so we could not use it. The disposal in the sink was not working, causing us to buy a drain stopper for the sink and between that and the dishwasher, there was a horrible odor by the end of our stay. We could not use the garage, which is fine, but not having access to use the closet in the master bedroom was also an inconvenience, especially since we were there for a wedding and had clothes to hang. In my communication with the property manager, it was locked and used for storage.
